Kitchenette with dishwasher, 2 burner electric stove, mini-oven, refridgerator/freezer, coffee maker, plates, cutlery…and a Bar with subdued blue lighting.
Access to mezzanine is by ladder , for safety’s sake, we restrict access to children older than 6 years.
The mezzanine bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed 1.2 x 1.9 m
Private and common area:
There is no physical separation between private space rentals and common part
Plan of the location:
The total area is 33 m² outside mezzanine (6.5 m² with maximum height 1.70 m).
