Rental Terms and Conditions
Rates vary depending on the time of the year (seasons, schools holidays, etc.)
The 2008 weekly rates:
Out of season: 300 €(03/05/08 to 31/05 & 01/11 to 20/12)
The rental will be considered confirmed upon reception of 150€ (reservation deposit). The total rent is due upon arrival when the keys are handed over, at which point the reservation deposit converts to a security deposit, refundable at the end of the term of the agreement.
The housework is the responsibility of the renter, and must clean the residence upon vacating. If the residence is not cleaned, a 30€ service charge will be levied against the security deposit. To avoid service charges against household linens (bedding, kitchen/bathroom towels, etc.), you may rent the following items:
June September school holidays and festivals:400 € (05 April to 03 May, 31 May to 28 June, August 30 to September 27, 25 October to 1 November, December 20 to January 3, 2009)
July and August: 550 € (June 28 to August 30)
The charges are included in the rental price.
